It is the responsibility of the NOC to notify staff and customers if there are any problems on the network.  This webpage and twitter account allows customers and staff to have up to date information without having to be respond to tickets and phone calls that can often times slow down the ability to fix the problem.  The information listed on this feed is when a problem is detected that would or is affected more than one customer.
