At Indiana Telephone Network, we understand that many of our customers operate multiple businesses or need greater flexibility in how their outbound calls appear to recipients. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new feature in our Virtual PBX system: Call As—a powerful way to control which number displays on caller ID when making outbound calls.
What is the “Call As” Feature?
The Call As feature allows users to select which business number appears on the caller ID of the person they are calling. Using a designated feature code (*40 – *49), users can choose from up to 10 pre-configured numbers when dialing out.
For example:
