Effective Date: January 14, 2026

By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from Indiana Telephone Network (“ITN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”).

These SMS Terms apply solely to ITN’s SMS communications and are supplemental to and governed by ITN’s primary Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, ITN’s Terms & Conditions control.

ITN may send SMS messages related to account notifications, service updates, billing alerts, security notices, reminders, and informational or promotional messages. Message frequency may vary.

  1. Consent and Eligibility

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in, you represent that:

  • You are the authorized user of the mobile device or have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder
  • You consent to receive SMS messages from ITN at the number provided
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan
  1. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any ITN message or by contacting ITN directly. Once you opt out, ITN will cease sending SMS messages to that number, except where required by law.

  1. Help

You may reply “HELP” to any ITN SMS message for additional information or assistance.

  1. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer

SMS delivery is subject to availability and performance of mobile carriers and messaging providers. ITN is not responsible for delayed, blocked, or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network conditions, or device limitations.

  1. Fees

ITN does not charge a fee for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

  1. Privacy

ITN’s collection and use of information related to SMS communications is governed by ITN’s SMS Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

  1. Modification of SMS Terms

ITN may modify these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued participation in SMS communications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, consistent with ITN’s Terms & Conditions.
